The services that the Artist provides are only and strictly for personal use. For commercial purposes, contact the Artist via email.The Artist has every right to the product.The Commissioner must upload the watermarked artwork with proper credits.The Commissioner must not claim the rights of the copyrighted artwork (rebranding, promoting, monetizing)If the Commissioner breaks copyright infringement, every rights will be retracted.The Work Flow will be discussed between the Commissioner and the Artist.The Artist reserves the right to decline a commission request.The production time will be discussed between the Artist and the Commissioner.If, for some reason, the Artist won't be able to finish a commission, the Commissioner get all of the money back.
PayPal only.Any payment decision must be acknowledged between the Artist and Commissioner.The payment is devided into two. The Commissioner pays the the first half (50%) to save their slot and the other half is paid before the Artist gives the Commissioner the final piece.The artist won't send the final piece if the Commissioner don't pay the second half.Any huge additional changes throughout the finishing process will be charged into the second payment.After the Commissioner pay their slot, the Artist will send some sketches and they will discuss the drawing (fix X, add Y, change Z)Decided the sketch, the Commissioner pay the last half.During the painting process, the Artist will send some W.I.Ps (working in progress) to the Commissioner. They can discuss about the painting (fix X, add Y, change Z)In case of needing to deliver the product, the Commissioner will be paying for the freight.By purchasing any of the services, you're accepting all Terms.
